Is it possible to store the performer images (only those) in a subfolder named .actors ?
And exchange all spaces with an underscore _ ?
Like this: Arjen_Anthony_Lucassen.jpg
Then kodi is capable of reading those pictures.

BTW during scraping found out:
When an actor/performer uses " in his name like:
Niklas "Nille" Sandin
then - A generic error occured in GDI+ - which is understandable because windows can't handle " in filenames. The jpg simply cannot be saved.

Workaround:
I removed all " in all .NFO files, saved it. Now Save Art Only works.
The " can be replaced by ' that works too.

I would try foobar. You could also use wavepack instead of W64 then.

I get:
(...) The input string " was not in a correct format.

BTW: didn't know that they played there 1987. I thought it was 1977 (Seconds Out) but I may recall this not correct. Clicked by accident on this proposal.

What does this mean: “ before crapping out with a third of the way left to go.” Are there any messages?
Are you decoding multiple files?
How much disc space have you got on c: drive. The decoder needs a lot of spare space.
Does this occur on all your releases?
Are you decoding TrueHD or DDplus?
Are you decoding split files from a BDA? (Known issue, the DRP fails on split streams)

As I wrote, you can provoke this as I wrote.

Just take any folder containing any mkv file and type as below.

For Artist: Genesis
For Concert Title: Live
Then click <Scrape>
Next click on the: Release: Genesis | Live at Montreux 1987
You see the | in the title.

Not really a problem. But it was confusing to me. Never saw a | in a release. This was the first time. I did a manual creation of the required NFO files then because this happens not that often.

I didn't get any messages, but the audio straight-up doesn't show up after the two-thirds mark.
