Channel Layout Remix tool: User Defined Channel mappings can now be saved and restored - new
Channel Layout Remix tool: Added support for .w64 files
*Join and Split files tool: Added support for .w64 files
*Join and Split files tool: A Cue file is now auto created on completion of file join ('Merge' command).

Fixes:
*Join and Split files tool: Tags from .m4a files were not read into grid when adding files - fixed
*Join and Split files tool: Cue files did not contain correct media file name - fixed (path was included)

Multiple tools: Add new auto file name preference to support Track Number separator: ' - ' Example: '01 - Title.flac' (default remains '. ' '01. Title.flac')

I haven't kept up for awhile, so sorry if its answered; I did scan the latest pdf but didn't see an answer.

I know that MMH can fix inversions and delays, but can it detect them in multichannel files?

No detection. Only manual fixing. I’m not sure how auto detection could be done.
