I will admit, I'm very disappointed that Universal Japan did not make the Tony Bennett Bill Evans STEREO SHM~SACD somewhat special by incorporating
the bonus tracks and alternate takes which were released as part of a specially priced/remastered 2 disc set. There is certainly enough real estate on a single layered SHM~SACD to include all the bonus features of the RBCD set:
