Hey guys, everything is fine! Mr. Wilkes has simply just stopped paying for the site because it was getting no hits...Opus Productions is still very much alive..
Can are one of my favourite bands, I think I have every album. My first was Ege Bamyasi on cassette in 1972. I also managed to get all the SACDs. Only saw them once post-Damo. RIP Damo.
Big noisy bugs! Nothing quite like getting a cicada right between the eyes! LolThey are pretty noisy bugs, but only for a few weeks. They’re an interesting part of living in the east.
In Illinois once having lunch sitting in the grass at the university, suddenly a very loud cicada showed up. And which ever way I turned my head the sound followed me.Big noisy bugs! Nothing quite like getting a cicada right between the eyes! Lol
This just cracks me up. Unfortunately, it's a link to Facebook, so if you don't do FB, sorry.
Thanks for confirming. I dropped him a note a few weeks ago and didn't hear anything back.Hey guys, everything is fine! Mr. Wilkes has simply just stopped paying for the site because it was getting no hits...Opus Productions is still very much alive..

Would anyone want to buy any of these?
Eeewww. Some of those are pretty repulsive. I would never buy the Fall Out Boy one unless Sound and Vision mag could prove it really was the bands tears. Why?

Indeed, many will buy strange or esoteric stuff just to impress their friends. I've done it. But it mainly has to do with anime."Listen, man, you don't understand, it's cool, I gotta get in on the hype."
What we think is sensible is not what majority of the population thinks is sensible, unfortunately.
Further context. Messing around with a live performance which was gain-staged on the fly while band members were performing, with analog clipping, a limited amount of low-end mics, and missing instruments altogether. I just spent like a couple hours on it and it's certainly a serviceable mix. What baffles me is why huge artists with better equipment and planning have worse-sounding lives. After messing around with the multitracks of a poorly recorded live performance, I actually now believe most live performance mixes are bad on purpose.
Yep, a great website to visit once or twice a day. Even if you just read the headlines. How ever thanks to your post I have discovered UCR a new website to me. Something else to enjoyably suck up too much of my time.
Well, for one, my gut would tell me that they probably aren't the best sounding LPs."Listen, man, you don't understand, it's cool, I gotta get in on the hype."
