I was 20 minutes into MKV, and it blew up saying it encountered a fatal error. I'm going to say that ripping this disc is going to be a huge challenge. I'm done.....maybe it's not meant to be.

Got mine and have listened to it twice so far and unlike Cyclorama, which had to grow on me, Mission is a pre-grown like for me, and will, I'm sure, only get better with more listens! While it is not quite at Equinox, Crystal Ball, The Grand Illusion, Pieces of Eight levels (as I will always miss what Dennis DeYoung contributed to Styx) it is a very close runner up. I Basically like what I am hearing, it is pushing all the right buttons musically and surroundally so I am confident it will rate high when the time comes...until then this Mission is a go!

Snood ripping on MAKEMKV now....... only about 10 minutes in, but pulling the LPCM stereo too - hoping it is nice hi ressy

Picked it up, pretty much free, with Amazon points. Didn't want to miss out on the excitement, though listening will have to wait until the holidays, of course.

2.37 gigs for the 5.1 - all is koo and files transferred - now onto the hi res stereo

I ripped it as well... DVDAE, Chapter Title 8 (about 42min), chose the first DTS option (I can't tell any of the 24.96 DTS types apart anyway, lol), and have AnyDVD installed. No problems.
