It was a pretty crazy NFL Sunday. Bills lost and the Chiefs won against the Titans, even if it took 5 quarters to do it. Most in the KC area have given up expecting the Chiefs to accrue 14 points 1st quarter with widening point spread as the game goes on. But OT games are always exciting. Actually it's more stressful on my wife who paces around at a high speed, in & out of the TV room. But I have to watch it to the very end. Glad I did last night!
Chiefs are certainly entertaining. Respect!

Yuppers & evidently entertaining enough to switch from afternoon to prime time:

INGLEWOOD, Calif. — The rematch between AFC West rivals the Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers will once again be played on primetime on November 20.

The Week 11 matchup will be flexed to Sunday Night Football at 7:20 p.m., after originally being scheduled for 3:25 p.m.

its great if you don't have to attend the game. Else its a late, cold night.
Yes that's true, you're absolutely right. My father in law had season tickets many years & it was a family trip for each home game. My wife & her sister had to wear red ski coveralls with official chiefs winter boots. She still froze.

Although this thread is certainly fun I must admit I'm not much of a sports guy. With ocular strabismus I have no stereo vision or depth perception. I have never played any sports. And don't toss anything breakable to me. I have never been to a single football game at Arrowhead.

But I have been to many concerts there! First one I remember quite clearly in '72: Deep Purple with Elf and J. Geils. Last one was PF Division Bell tour which I think was mid-90's. After that my audio set up got good enough I was happy to rock out at home.

I've been in one on two occasions. It was quite nice. Bar service, food service, private restrooms. The Hockey arena has them too. Its good to be rich.
I've been in one once for a concert (Scorpions and Judas Priest) at an arena. I loved the amenities (yes private bathrooms are at the top of the list) but I felt like I was watching people watch a concert. I didn't feel like part of the crowd. Did you get that vibe at a sporting event?

I had the pleasure of having one in 1999 for John Mellencamp. Straight back from center stage with a patio so that you were right there in the crowd with everyone else. bunch of friends, catered food and booze. a bathroom. and an incredible show by John. All of us had a blast !! Ah, the memories - and the disposable income at the time

No I cant say that. It was a good time. There were TV monitors all over the box as well. So you got to take in that aspect as well. And the food was awesome. I'll go anytime one of you guys wants to invite me.
LOL... I didn't say I wouldn't love to do it again. It was a good time for sure and, unless we're talking about a seat in the first 10 rows, I would always choose the sky box over a regular seat. It just had a different vibe.

Any time I’ve been in a sky box…all sporting events…I found that we were all socializing, stuffing our faces and drinking rather than paying much attention to the game. The game was definitely secondary to the sky box experience.

NFC South is a hot mess. A sub 500 record team could win this division
Same with NFC West, just hoping Niners can anihilate everyone in there path the rest of year, and please no injury's.
The last 10 years injury's are so prolific, and free agency, I remember when a team was a team for 3-4 years before major changes where made, now it's almost weekly with trades and injury's.
They use to practice all summer, sometimes 2 a days and injury's where less than now because they don't practice enough in the off season as a team.
