Yes, definitely a can of worms here. Seems like KC will get dragged into this thing. What I'm wondering is - ' How do you determine the #1 seed?'.
If KC wins this Sunday, the only team who could have had as good a record as them & gotten the #1 seed is Buffalo. (assuming Buffalo had won/or wins the game against Cinny.)
Buffalo would have the tie breaker with KC because they beat them.... If Cinny had won & KC won, KC would have a better outright record than the best that either Buffalo or Cinny could have had. 14-3 compared to 13-4.
Don't even think of a 3-way tie...... OK, are we all clear on this🙄?
.....& last but of most importance, it's very, very good to hear Mr. Hamlin is getting better.🙂

Wow, I just read the NFL's proposed solution and I can't say I like it at all.

There is no totally equitable solution. It looks like the Chiefs get the AFC bye if they beat LV tomorrow, but if the Chiefs make it to the AFC championship game, it will be at a neutral site. (The local football field down the road from me is free that day if the NFL is interested. LOL)

did someone mention "Ford Field ? "

Ford Field is Buffalo's home away from home. Hardly a neutral site.... But that's OK!
I was going to say it wouldn't be available because Detroit will be hosting the NFC championship there but the Lions being a 7th seed, there's no way they could host anything.
So here's my thoughts: Regarding the choice of even considering playing the game at a neutral site. No, Bad idea!
They could play this weekends games as usual. Then if need be, play the Buffalo -Cinny game ( @ Cinny, either at the point it was stopped at or a whole new game) say on Thursday. Winner gets a bye & has 10 days off. Then reschedule the playoff game for the team w/o the bye to say Wednesday. No neutral site games! You played 16 other game for the purpose of getting a home game. ...
Of course the NFL will not do this 😐!

thats a good idea also. but It will never happen. there is too much common sense involved in your idea

A very unfortunate situation. AFC'ers are surely never going to be happy, we will all remember this year, equal to Howard Cosell calling the death of John Lennon.
Niners will win the Superbowl so in the end all will be settled.
I am still wishing for Buffalo/Niners Superbowl.

Two good games today, well at least one, Jags and Titans-KC and Raiders-Go Raiders.

You can take the Raiders out of Oakland, but you cannot take Oakland out of the Raiders.

Joe Flacco is starting the Jets final game. All I can say about that is...don't miss it:

I didn't quite understand that one but I agree😂 ..Yes, a Jets-Lions Superbowl would make things right!
But I think I heard that Detroit would want the game to be played at Ford Field?

Lions win tomorrow.
No ******* way the Packers win.
How’s that Ricky.
Be the boss, don’t be afraid

just being polite to our QQ friends in Wisconsin Markie.
I like your style

I still plan on going to bed at halftime with a 31 point lead at that point. Lions 63 Packers 10

You're going back to be all the things you want to be

Go Bills!

going against all expert predictions...

Lions win in Green Bay.

what ya thinking ImBobMan ?
Thanks cbmmm3, politeness will get you a long ways in life my friend!
Detroit could very well win.(GB is only a 4 1/2 point favorite.) Lions have a very good offense & HC.Their D isn't so good! GB has been known to choke (..but mostly in the playoffs). Your Lions are a team to be reckoned with...
Its too bad it's not going to snow or be super cold tomorrow night in GB. That might help. Dome teams tend not to handle that sort of stuff well😞.
So what do I actually think will happen??? GB wins! No predictions on the score.
Well Markie, sounds like you might be afraid of the Pack? We still owe you guys big time pay-back! Even going back that catch TO had in the '98 or '99 playoffs to win that game.
