Campbell took the risk because he was scared shitless of Love.
Ya, it seems like he was willing to go to whatever lengths necessary not to let GB get the ball back. It could have cost him big time but all it is now is a 'W'! I don't have that much faith in Love being that clutch...
....but imagine this....🤔..the Packers block the fg attempt then return it for the game winning TD. .....
No, was not meant to be!
GB only blocks 1 kick-per-decade & they got that earlier this year! Plus that would only happen to the Bears.....🐯
Maybe... Campbell's theme song should be ' Love Over Gold' by Dire Straits? ( just the first 2 stanzas)

This is really good! Especially @cbmmm3 & @Sonik Wiz ..Be careful what you wish for fellows....

I remember very vividly the 2011 GB season. It was the following year after they won the Super Bowl as a 6th seed. IMHO, this video does get part of it right as to why the 'curse' hit GB....
Their defense wasn't what it was the previous year. Among the reasons why were: S Nick Collins was injured & forced to retire, DC Dom Capers approach was too conservative & teams figured out what he was doing....
Rodgers was nearing his prime & the offense just out scored everyone. The NY Giants beat them in the game @ GB.. GB was out of sorts the whole game because of the long lay-off between games! Many starters hadn't played for 3 weeks.. A very frustrating game to have watched as a Packers fan😩
Did they learn their lesson?.. No, since a few years later when GB had #1 seed, they did the seem thing!

Ricky, do you remember GB beat you that last game of the year 45-41 (w/o Rodgers) but you guys still made the playoffs that year as a 6th seed...you lost asap at New Orleans....

You didn't get censored
Many years ago, (early 00s) I was a Patent Examiner, a federal employee. Of course, a PC on every desk. A friend of mine had sent me an email with profanity in it, and it had been bounced because of it.

Turns out that such correspondence could not say “s**t,” but it could say “Matsushita.” I suspect this swearbot is just as leaky.

Boise State wins again, although UNLV couldn’t catch a break all night. A loooooong field-goal attempt bounced off the crossbar, and they kept getting penalized in the red zone.

Of course, Ashton Jeanty had just enough spectacular running to make a game played in freezing fog enjoyable, and they win the Mountain West championship again, and this year they’re in the playoffs with a first-round bye.

A spectacular season from a place nobody knew existed ten years ago. 💪🏽

Thanks. Never too soon. Too Soon? Watching the Bills beat the Lions.
🎅🧙‍♂️🦬🍀🏈🇨🇦🇺🇸 (Lucky seven, so the story goes)
Let's focus on beating the Rams right now. Going forward, all the Bills can gain is seed position. They would love it if the playoffs had to go through Buffalo, but it's not worth sacrificing anything important (including things they might put on video) to win any of these final games. The next two games against NFC opponents LA and Detroit are not cakewalks. It starts with the trip west followed by the trip back east. LA needs this win to stay relevant in thier division. Detroit is beat up on defence but has 10 days to rest up. They are also only playing for seed position. Over the last few years the big lesson the Bills have learned is, its not all about how you play in December, it's how you play in January. They may only win 2 or 3 of the last five.

Sorry, coach. I was talking Bills/Lions Super Bowl. Bills for the win over the Rams. Rams still in the NFL? Maybe I'm amazed.

Congrats Ricky... Tough one😯. and if Goff wouldn't have been able to make that handoff? ....we'll never know...
It worked out for the lions but wow, Campbell sure is a risk taker. No doubt about that!
Packers at least made it close....They can play a lot better than they did!
....& so can the Lions!

LMQ, I agree with ALMOST everything you’ve said except, never underestimate the value of #1 seed!
