Marv Levy is 99 years old and still waiting for the Bills to have another chance at winning a SB. It's kind of ironic that he is also a former HC of the KC Chiefs.

Who is Jason Kelce rooting for in the SB? 🤔
New Heights with Jason & Travis Kelce
Retired former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce will be rooting for his former team over his younger brother, Travis, and the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX, according to a past clip from their New Heights podcast. 31 mins ago

Go Eagles! ;)

With 4 consecutive SB losses under his belt and at the ripe old age of 99 Marv Levy is the Jimmy Carter of NFL football.

What did they used to say about Marv Levy..... that he was a genius?🤔
..I don't know, when he talked he didn't sound like one to me!
But I still liked the guy...
I would never say he was a genius, but he was a very well educated guy. He was big on literature and he was a history buff. I thought he spoke quite well.

This is what KC is up against! The fate of all the others that tried for the 3-peat.
I think KC has an excellent chance to 3-peat. I believe they are the only team to even make it back to the SB the 3rd year.

FWIW, GB sort of had a 3-peat , except there was no SB in 1965.
So In the 'what if' speculation category....What If Lombardi would not have stepped down as HC after the 1967 season???? I think GB would have been better with him but not good enough to win it in 1968. They were an ageing team & barely won the NFL titles in both '66 & '67 over Dallas... I heard in interviews with Dallas players saying they knew they were better than the Packers. In '66 Meredith got picked off in the GB end zone @ the games end & in '67 'The Ice Bowl', harsh conditions became the great equalizer! When the Cowboys needed to stop GB, they couldn't.
As far as 1968 with Lombardi as HC? ..we'll never know...
