Enjoying a light Pilsner called “John Wayne is a Sissy” on a scorcher of a day. 105 Fahrenheit / 41 ish Celsius?

The bar staff offered no comment as to the origin of the name. The young bar maid didn’t even know who John Wayne was.

Since I still haven’t made it over to the brewery, this is my first time trying this particular beer by Enegren. It has quickly become a favorite. It’s smooth and not heavy or bitter at all.
