@skindzier - Thanks but they are gone again. I signed up for notification of any more available but didn't receive any notice. Maybe they go by the order that people sign up in?
There's a story behind why I'm trying to get a copy now. I had pre-purchased one originally when it came out, some months later when the Elton John came out, I thought I'd try saving some money on shipping.
So I planned to cancel the Who & pre-order both The Who & Elton John!
Good plan except when I re-ordered, I ordered Elton John & APP Pyramid by mistake .
I hadn't noticed it till I got the notice the other day from them that they shipped...
I thought ' What?.... Where's The Who?' ... I'll tell you where it's at.... I NEVER ORDER IT!
I'm an idiot babe!!
So if anyone wants to trade The Who for APP Pyramid or sell an extra Who that would be great!

I wasn't signed up for notification at all - I just happened to be on the site & saw it didn't say sold out. I was able to buy it, and after I completed the purchase, it didn't have the sold out tag on it initially. I checked again later & sold out was back. Strange.

I had bought the $257 hernia-inducing box set from Amazon. This "Do I buy the box set or wait for a standalone blu-ray" dilemma is worse than casino gambling. At least with casino gambling, you know right away whether your bet was right or wrong.

Bought the big box, no regrets.
Able to afford it by skipping SDE releases that are not my cup of tea.

Haven't ordered a thing from them since Tubular Bells, other than Thin Lizzy.
Happy everybody who wanted this got another chance.

For what you get, the extra $107 dollars over the $43 shipped price for the SDE blu ray seems a bargain for any Who fan, as opposed to an SDE completist fan, or somebody who has zero interest in anything but the surround mixes.
