Are the first two SACD or DVDA? (Obviously the PT ones are DVDA as they never came out in any other format.)

They are. It's very much a neck-in-neck dead heat for me (and for many others on here) as to which disc ("Hotel California" or "Rumours") is better, both from a content and surround mix standpoint, but there's no doubt that both should hold an equally deserving place in everyone's collection.

(And the same goes for many of those other Warner Japan SACDs originally on DVDA, like "The Captain & Me", "The Nightfly", "What's New", "Chicago V" and "Foreigner 4")

I'd have a backup plan ready...it was funny because I cancelled my orders yesterday and they notified me that they have been stopped and then this morning I get the separate cancellation notice for both of them...

Man oh man....I fear what is to come....I LOVE the idea of getting some of these titles on vinyl. I was able to get 10% off on all those, with free shipping. Pretty good deal. Only bummer is MusicDirect doesn't take Paypal, which surprises me. I can't wait to smell the new LP cover...you know that smell....and oh, the album art! Look out!

Before you go crazy with vinyl orders you should ask for some advice from our vinyl members...they can steer you in the right direction....all vinyl is not equal...just saying...you have to use the same screening process just like you would for a surround disc...

How come it seems everything I bid on always manages to sell to someone else? OK, well, I had it down to the last 30 minutes then fell asleep. Woke up to finding out I had been outbid. I always feel like this is all a very shady practice.

So, now I'm waiting on this...
