The surround is very conservative/subtle...it's not much in the surround department...but with the type of songs it probably wouldn't work with an aggressive mix...it's smooth and clear...the content is the biggest stumbling block...certainly not Rod's style...

I love his voice and music.... But I imagine this album is less exciting than "Hot Legs". Ha ha ha. Thanks for the info!
 
The first disc order to arrive at my new apt was none other than the Audio Fidelity Quad SACD of "Streetlife Serenade" by Billy Joel.
I think that one will be an '8' vote for me, but I'll need to listen again on a day where I don't have to run my air conditioning as much...
