I feel your pain as I still haven't received the Jefferson Starship disc after more than a month also. I'm going to call (thanks to ss9001 for the info below) and see if I have any luck...Well, it's been over a month now since I ordered the bundle. Still waiting on JS and AC discs.
Despite multiple attempts at contacting cust svc all I have received for explanations is automated generic bot email replies.
Still no explanation or the reason for the delay nor any expectation for shipping.
This is an EPIC FAIL.
Sad to say I will have to think long and hard on any future purchase.
