Well, it's been over a month now since I ordered the bundle. Still waiting on JS and AC discs.
Despite multiple attempts at contacting cust svc all I have received for explanations is automated generic bot email replies.
Still no explanation or the reason for the delay nor any expectation for shipping.

This is an EPIC FAIL.
Sad to say I will have to think long and hard on any future purchase.
I feel your pain as I still haven't received the Jefferson Starship disc after more than a month also. I'm going to call (thanks to ss9001 for the info below) and see if I have any luck...

Some of us ordered right when the orders went live, but because the website said preorder (before it got fixed), their system thinks we’re UK orders (or something to that effect). I got an email that said the rest of the order will ship on 8-3-23, with tracking numbers. This is the same date as the UK release date.

Only B$B and JS can be ordered in the UK from the UK store “Dig!” But you can order the bundle from the UK from the USA Rhino store.

Unfortunately due to a system issue, the wrong release date was entered and it cannot be changed. Rest assured your order will still ship.

I hope you get yours as indicated.

But their website is still f'd up. No matter what they say about having fixed some things.

I placed my order early on June 23, just when ordering went live. Their website correctly showed that I ordered the bundle of 4, 1 each of each title and paid for the 4. Several days later that week, their order status showed that 3 of the 4 items were duplicated so instead of 4 line items there were 7. I only paid for the 4 that I had ordered and so far, no harm done to me. But their data on my order status still is wrong. I just checked today for grins to see if by chance they had corrected the order data - they haven't. Right, then wrong and still wrong over a month later.

It's no wonder Rhino has difficulties processing & shipping orders.

Poor web programming, database work or both.

I'm glad they are allowing Amazon to sell these. Hope that will be the case from the gitgo for all upcoming quadio titles. This is the smartest thing they can do since they don't seem to have a good system and probably are easily overwhelmed.

I think with the Canadian orders , Canada Customs Tax CRA probably sat on these deliveries awaiting an order from HQ to tax or not to.
This I think delayed delivery of these disc's.

FWIW I got my two bundles all 8 disc's in total, last week Thursday, on my two orders from June 23rd , which were shipped the following Tuesday.
I anticipated 3 weeks and sure enough , 3 plus 2days.

I don't think this should be a future problem, as I'm to understand that Rhino CA is now up and running.
Which means we will get deliveries sooner....as they will be in Country.

Anyway I hope most everyone in Canada has their disc's by now ?

I'm beginning to change my tune & agree with you regarding Rhinos poor handling of the situation.
Ok, at first they got a bit overwhelmed but we are now a month out! ...& still all sorts of problems.
I'm still waiting on 2 titles myself!
As far as communication goes, it's non -existent! Yes, they have a great product but their logistical situation & what is being done to correct it is a joke.
Seriously, who is running things there?

Sorry to say this has been an awful shopping experience. Still after a month no Starship and after multiple exchange with Rhino “customer no service” I have gone to my bank for refund due
 
The two emails I received from Rhino’s store said it would ship on 8-3-23 with tracking numbers. I’m missing B$B and JS from the bundle. Another email said this was because of a glitch, wrong input date. But the email said they can’t change the date any sooner than 8-3-23. So, I’ll wait a week and see what happens. One way or another, I’m certain they’ll make it right.

As far as I know it's still just through warnermusic.ca. Rhino does have a 'store' within warnermusic.ca but oddly enough the Quadios are NOT listed there! This is where I first checked, and when nothing was there I went to the US Rhino.com. After I had placed that order I found out the two I wanted were on the main Warner site.
So it seems the online screwiness with these titles applies to both sides of the border to some extent. Though despite having a delayed release date, by two weeks, those that ordered from the Canadian site got their stuff super quick.

IF that was a problem with our orders, it sure shouldn't have been. As these were taxed by Rhino at point of sale, they should've sailed through customs with ease.
 
Okay, after waiting for weeks for my Black Sabbath stuck in Fontana, then it finally moving a week ago, then paying import duties that's almost half of the item's price, my disc was stolen from me in less than the 2 hours it sat in my mailbox...

I guess I'll never have the pleasure to play this disc.

Makes me reconsider ordering stuff from outside the EU.
 
IF that was a problem with our orders, it sure shouldn't have been. As these were taxed by Rhino at point of sale, they should've sailed through customs with ease.
Finally the rest of mine showed up in Peterborough. All discs fine, but like so many others have mentioned, Red Octopus case broken.
Anyway, hopefully most of my fellow Canadians will have theirs soon!
 
This thread has turned into a kind of support group for people who are still waiting for discs. As frustrated and anxious as I feel while waiting for Paranoid, it's good to know there are others in the world going through the same .

That someone stole your mail is truly reprehensible. That the thief will even know what to do with a music only Blu-ray is highly questionable. I feel for you!

Thank you @ss9001 for doing the research to get that number. Sadly, I tried the number and got the vm for Rhino Films only, no prompts.

I also am still waiting for B$B and Red Octopus. Before I received the good word on these going to Amazon, I freaked out and ordered B$B by itself on July 12th, and had it in hand (and player) on July 19th. The only thing I need now are the discs that I paid for and to send my extra B$B to an old friend whose never heard the quad.

Lesson learned... Just kidding. When it comes to buying music, I never seem to learn. 🙄
