Welcome aboard.
Like you and many other Canucks we waited quite a while for our stuff, though 5 weeks is bordering insane. Anyway, just in case you're not aware, Warner Canada actually have Paranoid and B$B (the two titles I also ordered). Unfortunately many of us found out about the Canadian site after we placed our Rhino US orders.

I'll be going this route next time unless they don't have all the titles I want. BTW Amazon US now has them listed for pre-order but so far nothing on Amazon Canada.

Responding to my post above. I ordered another copy of Sabbath as my first one came with a smashed case. I ordered on July 18th, and my new copy arrived on July 27th. And, it too has a smashed case. So, I'm waving the white flag...LOL!

Someone on the forum was giving away free cases because they put all of their discs in a book - but I can’t remember who?!

Yes, it does look like I need to do that.

The Paranoid BR showed up here with a smashed case, too. The other three BRs arrived the same day undamaged in another package.

Rather than hassle with USPS or Rhino, and because I have a couple of other Titles with broken Super Jewel Cases, I ordered three new blank Super Jewel Cases off Ebay for $9.80 shipped (four arrived undamaged (got a 'freebie')).

Can't believe some of you that made early orders have no discs yet. Mine arrived seems like it was a long time ago. Stuff happens, even though it doesn't thrill us.
Happy to say no destroyed jewel cases.
Have no idea where they shipped from, 3 in one shipment and the BS in a separate one, both arrived the same day.

Not stellar service/customer support, no. After ordering both JGB and JS early that 1st day, I received email early this morning that the remaining 2nd disc in my order has shipped. I'll track its whereabouts soon but this is encouraging!

Thanks @Old Quad Guy for the solid assurances throughout that they would come through on the backorder date.

@ForagingRhino you were absolutely right the night of the release that we should hold back until that backorder date had changed. Now that I know there aren't enough of us to buy up all the quantities immediately, I'll be less insane about ordering at midnight.

So glad to see most of these orders getting fulfilled and delivered. I felt bad for all who had to wait. It's very upsetting when you see others getting their orders and raving about how great they are while you are stuck in limbo. Even worse when you don't even get any updates from the vendor.
Hopefully the next batch will go much smoother.

Thanks. I read a little further about Ian Anderson always sitting alone at lunch break, while the rest of the band sat together. A little strange I thought but I mean it's Ian Anderson. lol.
So Tony's stint with Tull was brief, but that was good because after rejoining what would become Black Sabbath some great music was made.

I can also confirm that the rest of the order (B$B and JS) are coming with tracking numbers. Email confirmation received late evening on 8-3-23, as what previous email said would happen. So, hopefully everyone will get the rest of their orders now.
