Bass Communion - Loss

Gotan Project - La Revancha del Tango SACD. A great fusion of traditional tango music with some modern elements. And they do a tango cover of Zappa's Chunga's Revenge!

That reminds me of Carmen opening for Jethro Tull in early 1975. Fandangos In Space was the album and future Tull bassist John Glascock was a member.

Steven Wilson - Drive Home (blu-ray)

(This has made me think about what he's currently working on for his next release - the same band members - it's going to be awesome! - again).

I also played some of his All you Deserve blu-ray and there's definitely a higher standard of audio production on Drive Home. Nicely mixed and better fidelity. Individual instruments are more clearly defined.

I love this disc! Thanks to all for mentioning it.

Besides the Benson "Songs and Stories" and Ritenour's "6 String Theory", any other recommendations from Monster Music's SuperDisc catalogue? I'm definitely going to get those two.

There's a few more SuperDiscs, a couple of Charlie Brown/Vince Guaraldi albums and an album by an unknown girl called "Anjulie". The two George Benson's and the Ritenour are the best imho. SuperBDiscs!
