Just wonderful sounding.
Just wonderful sounding.
Hence why it’s the first song I listed in the ‘Top 3 Go To Surround Demo Tracks’ thread. It’s truly amazing!Rocket Man may easily be the most explosive multi-channel experience I've ever heard. I really mean it. WOW!!!!!
Beach Boys Two fer
Sunflower and Surfs Up
Both completely brilliant.....imo
They are both multi channel as well, not stereo, as stated on Sunflower's Discogs info.
I bought the Surfs Up LP from Richard Branson's, fledgling, Virgin Records mail-order business, back in 1973.
Still got it.

Yes I have read those threads, on these two releases. They're actually double Stereo, IMO, Mike. They require a decoder* which is not readily available in any modern receivers, AFAIK! But they do sound awesome as remastered by Analogue Productions.
There's roughly four QQ threads dedicated to these two AP releases for a better grasp of how they were encoded....but NOT properly decoded for their respective multichannel SACD release by Analogue Productions.
