One gulp/chugging has never been my style. I drink as much for the taste, not the buzz.
30+ years ago, my ex was president of a group. Its' dinner meeting was the same night as Miles at Chicago Theater. So, I invited a couple friends. We ate dinner, skipped the meeting, and walked the four blocks.
Miles was spectacular and I finished 2 half yards of Guinness.

You know something weird...the only song I had ever heard by this band before surround was “Don’t Go”... and I thought it was a dude singing! Now that I’ve heard both of these albums in full, I’m blown away by Alison Moyet’s voice (definitely not a dude, lol)

Guinness is another story, we used to have an annual, initiation ceremony for RAF trainees, by visiting the Guiness brewery in London (gone now..grr) and see who was still standing for the coach journey home.
Not that we made sure they drunk double what we had....as if!!
