The DVD (shown above) I am assuming would sound better than DTS release, but who knows for sure?

How can you explain ?
Amazing how many are trying to make money on the backs of Pink Floyd DSOTM.
I can't think of any other rock recording that has ever been covered to this extent..
Saw Classic Albums Live do DSOTM at the Orlando Hardrock last night.
Quite disappointing after the many positive things I had heard about their performances?
Ticket was just under $50 and a round of 3 drinks for my friends was another $40 :(
Oh well, put a lot more than that up my nose in a night, back in the day. LOL

Von Karajan directs the Berliner Philharmoniker.

Apart from a 5.1 there's also an Atmos mix on this, but I don't have an Atmos setup.

I'd like to know more about those DG label discs that came out around 1999-2000 with surround layers. I think they were DVD-As, and I think vintage quad, but I cannot recall seeing at quad on the DG label back in the 70s?

This one:
Damn it, I want it!

OK, found it on Discogs for $16 + $11 shipping from Croatia. Which sounds far and risky, but seller has 3,266 feedback and all are positive!!!

I've seen this disc from US sellers always priced well north of $50. None of the sellers on Discogs are from the USA. So it is an elusive disc, always high priced and I want it. It is only DVD-V and not 24/96khz, but it should be good anyway.
