Earth Wind & Fire "Open Our Eyes"

I really love some of these old quad mixes. SOOOOO 70s!

It is a gem.. :upthumb

and amazingly EWF's other Quad mixes ("Head To The Sky" - Quad coming to Audio Fidelity Surround SACD soon.. "Spirit" and "That's The Way Of The World") are even better..!! :yikes

Yeah man, that is the truth. Clint bailed on me. How do you create a new subject?

Well Marpow...according to my posts I was barely here last night...my posts about the Pink Floyd SACD poll were "expunged"...probably in the name of "off topic"...but I think it hit a nerve with some people on here..even though that wasn't the intention...but life goes on...now about your thread you want to start...comparing the previous multichannel editions of Blow By Blow with the new one...just click on the "POST NEW THREAD" button HERE

Yes, Marpow (Markie P) we ALL expect a Blow by Blow description of BBB in your NEW thread.

And when you're finished, I'm going to start my own thread which is definitely ALL ABOUT MUSIC after reading this month's (Absolute Sound) Robert Harley VERY thorough review of Meridian's MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) which is guaranteed to sound better than PCM 24/192 and any DSD files you are likely to hear and will be available to everyone with a computer and a $300 outlay for Meridian's proprietary decoding thingamajig.

The article appears in this month's [May/June 2016] ABSOLUTE SOUND starting on page 58 and is way more investigative than anything I can personally conjure up but I guarantee it will peak everyone's interest who is interested in a revolutionary NEW breakthrough in recorded sound.:banana::banana:

Miles' SKETCHES OF SPAIN. Would have added IN A SILENT WAY, but it seems misplaced at the moment...

ED :)

That's in my "must get" list...

was listening to Brubeck's "Take Five"...

and I'm thinking ...this was recorded 57 years ago and it sounds incredible...

Cool!!!!

The Tea Party - Illuminations - DTS 5.1 DVD Video Collection

"You stay
Silent, knowing, always in time
See how this love stays divine
See how this love stays divine"

I love this compilation... :upthumb

Their "style" took a weird turn towards the end, though

I'd say the last couple of videos began to feel a bit to poppy or polished, to my taste. The earlier videos had a lot of piss and vinegar.

Is there a difference in sound quality dvd-a vs Blu Ray Audio? Have both, but only ripped the dvd-a cause it was easier :)

Love this album.
