Another disc ordered after reading about it here on QQ (thanks again) - and what an album - especially the song "The Looking Glass" - had to play it several times, it's fantastic. My first Dream Theatre album! Hope they will do more surround discs.

Although I do have Systematic Chaos, I apparently missed the release of this one. And after reading your post along with the generally favorable comments in the poll section, I just ordered it. $10 + $3 shipping for a sealed copy on Ebay.... not bad. Thanks for the heads up.

Wall-E BD end credits:
"Down to Earth" (performed by Peter Gabriel, music by Thomas Newman and Peter Gabriel, lyrics by Peter Gabriel) 5:59
"Horizon 12.2"

DTS-HD-Master 5.1 - not too terribly aggressive, but definite discrete elements - nice songs - my wife is exasperated that I put on Wall-E, watched the end credits on full blast, then ejected the disc!

Cool idea EB. I have a fondness for Billy Boyd's The Last Goodbye, just listened to it during the end credits of The Hobbit - The Battle Of The Five Armies. Unfortunately, at this part of the movie all I'm hearing is the front stage. Still think a lot of the song though...

London Philharmonic Orchestra

Takin' it to the streets ..the unreleased quad...

Is your TITTS Quad pure 4.0 or is it 5.0/5.1 with a synthesised Centre and/or LFE?

Edit: How are the drums panned?

Are both drummers across just the front pair or just the rear pair?
Or is one drummer stereo'd up front and the other drummer in stereo in the rears?

a 4.0 (it's a DTS CD disc)

The drums in "It keeps you runnin'" are both front and rears , but the snare of one of them is on the LEFT rear!!!
