Esteban - Enter The Heart DVD-Audio MLP 5.1 lossless

As usually typical of DVD-Audio, this sounds so warm, inviting and immersive. Wonderful, a couple earworms here and there, but in general not a discreet tour de force..nonetheless excellent sounding. What did I pay? $6 for a used copy shipped? It's in new condition.

My showed up yesterday. I'll probably spin it this weekend. :music

Rick Wakeman's Journey to the Center of the Earth DVD~A 4.0

Not bad for a Q8 transfer running @ 3 3/4 ips

Kind of gives me the feeling of driving in my ole LeMans convertible on a Summer day!

Sweet - or driving my ole Cutlass 442 on the Arrowsmith blacktop...clocking in at 125mph.
And just for the record...that particular drive didn't end well.

You got passed by a Dodge? :ugham:

That happened to me once, a Dodge blew by me while I was caught fiddling with my Muntz 8 track. If you folded up part of an old cigarette package and shoved it between the player and top of the cartridge, it made the Doobie Brothers sound better :)

LOL! No! I was fast approaching a Camaro and I underestimated how fast I was climbing and rear ended him....that was scary...lmao

And WOW! I just re-read your comment about folding up stuff to make 8 tracks "align". Used to do the same thing and I totally forgot about that little time capsule. :)

The bridge....don't forget about The Bridge:steering::yikes

Probably doing myself a disservice, but I've never once played any of the CDs in that set...

I haven't yet, either. I don't want to hate the songs. Someday, I guess. I might sneak them in to my car trip cd wallet, one by one, at some point. I loved all the cds that came in the ThrakBox, but they also burned me out a smidge.

I never play any of the CD's in these sets...only one time on the "super duper" aqualung box set...I was going to give it to someone and wanted to make sure it wasn't defective...plus I was curious because it was done by Steven Wilson...
