I was wondering why you had craft beers in cans not bottles, then I saw that your IPA strength was 7% :yikes, ours in the UK is around 3.6% so couldn't etch its way out of a bottle!

Oh, and some excellent small brewery beer from the 21st Amendment Brewery! Not sure about you'all across the pond, but high quality small batch brew is the rage and now you can find many of them in cans! Hell yeah, can's...pound them, throw 'em on the ground.@:

The Aretha Franklin may well be back to front, but I'm not sure, liked it musically anyway. I hadn't any of her music until this arrived apart from tracks of hers on compilation albums. I had expected that the T.o.P would be my favourite, not T.M.I, and its is good that we all don't like the same album. We'd all be so boring if we did!

Do you think Vocalion would/could release those old O'Jays Quads?

glad its better (the old one must have been pretty crap I didn't rate the Pixies mixies tbh, in particular the rears ain't v.discrete a lot of the time)... not overly fussed about the Aretha Quad that much (its back to front isn't it?!) and prefer the TOP to the Ingredients all round.. but it wouldn't do for us all to be the same and despite disagreeing with everything you've said Duncan I do respect your opinion! :)

If DV can get some O'Jays Quads out I will elope to Gretna Green with them, marry them, have their children and err.. yeah.. I'd be pretty chuffed really

New York Voices "Let It Snow" SACD- after several listens I decided just to rip the 4 acappella songs from this one; Scheiner used the same mixing style for these as he did on the song "Seven Bridges Road" on the Eagles' "Hell Freezes Over"... 1 voice from each speaker... beautiful surround presentation. The disc was worth the price for these 4 songs alone!

Temple of the Dog BD A This is really good hard rock and it sounds very good:) Had not heard it before but is worth the high price to me.(y)
Enjoying it with a Norwegian crafts beer called #Red Christmas# 8% strong:yikes

I really enjoy this disc... but for some reason I just havn't been able to get into Andy's follow-up album... good mix, but the music just didn't do it for me.

I think I like his follow-up equally, it seems a bit more mellow - but that's fine by me, still has a serious Floyd vibe going....which makes it a winner for me. :)

I finally found my copy! I had been thinking it was a blu-ray audio for some reason....which is why I couldn't find it. :)
Now it's time to rip that puppy!

I'm always curious when someone says it's an upmix.....how you know that Fizz-master? Does it say something about it on the disc itself? :)

Yes it does state upmix, Gos

Very clearly states it in fact unlike some others that hide that fact. Mixed (Upmixed) to 5.1 by Peter Mew@Abbey Road.
