Yup. And the pond owes its existence to a beaver dam nearby. Lots of beavers here. Or as they are known by the folks that run the fish hatchery that is my home, “damn beavers”.

Really nice!!! Nothing makes for a better photo than still water. Add in big sky and mountains, eye candy!!
BTW, it reminds me of a Bob Ross painting (only a hell of a lot more detail).

Really appreciate that! I used to hunt and fish a LOT. REAL hiking not in the cards anymore due to 'things' that happen. Taking pics a pretty new thing for me. So I try to do pics when I can. Just wing it as I go..always learning~ I am glad you like them! And mandrix, thanks for laugh . Always good to laugh! Good man!

This one was from late September a few years back. Had no idea what I was doing, but I think it came out pretty good. Those are not clouds above, it's all forest fire smoke. Beautiful morning regardless... All the best to you and yours!

LOL... It's been 40 years since the O's have had a year like this (Cal Ripken was a rookie and I was 22), so humor me. The next time I will most likely be dust.
