What's the latest Multichannel SACD or DVD-A added to your pile? - Vol 1 (CLOSED)

(I paid about £20 for it from HMV not that long ago! ) ho hum.. was this the HMV by Oxford Circus or the new one nearer Bond St.?

It was the new/old one at 363 Oxford St. I was distinctly unimpressed apart from the signage which is styled on the original frontage. Inside, it's just another HMV. Same stock as any other, just more of it. They missed an opportunity to style the interior more like the original. What with the vinyl boom, they could've reinstated the listening booths

Been curious to hear some of these for aaaages.. just saw it for £2, well it's got to be worth a try, I can scratch them off my shopping list if there's nothing that grabs me on the sampler..

Mysteria - Performed by M.A.S.S. (Hybrid Multichannel SACD 3-Disc set).

No, I'm not entirely sure what it is either (!!) but it was recommended to me by rammiepie & ThomHooper over at sa-cd.net.. it's still out there for ok money (£12) and well... it seems like it'll be something different!

I love that Fischerspooner #1. The menus are annoying - but with the right software this can be overcome.
The lyrics, e.g. in Megacolon, might be disturbing for a native speaker. I found out after I already was totally used to the music. Curious to hear what you think about.

Depeche Mode "Speak & Spell" SACD DVD 2 disc set. New and sealed. I am now almost complete. I have one set for listening and another set all sealed. I find that way I do not have to worry about whether to play or save. Now all I need is a sealed copy of Violator and it will be complete.

this definitely deserves more attention than it gets! not only is the surround mix really excellent, the album itself is just lovely..

some great musicians involved too, incl. the likes of Bela Fleck, Chris Botti, John Medeski, Steve Holley, Alison Krauss.. WOW!

Forget this one if you don't already have it. It'd be doing a disservice to all things awful if I were to call this awful..!

Absolute dross musically and to add insult to injury, non-existent surround.
