no idea about the K2HD CD, I only got this cos it was SACD, I didn't own any Bangles music previously.

haha! nooo! I know I'll never catch up with some of the guys I know who have Hi-Rez/Surround collections to absolutely die for (some of them are on here, a couple of them aren't QQ members) but I've been trying my best to amass as comprehensive an SACD/DVD-A/DTS CD/DualDisc/Surround CD/BDA collection as possible the last few years, though it's not been easy and it's not been cheap and it's far from over..!!!

Defective because of no lossy dts? Well, I'd consider that an advantage. I received Nonesuch dvd-audio and Yes dvd-audio today, both from Best Buy.com and they both survived the funky packaging with not even the slightest damage. These are packaged the same way as the King Crimson sets. Had to look closely at the XTC because it looked a bit like a King Crimson.

Nonsuch DVDA is the latest I bought, and the MLP is stellar. For a while I leaned on the center channel and heard the vocals with the rest of the music around me. I need the DTS though, and just contacted support@burningshed.

Defective because of no lossy dts? Well, I'd consider that an advantage.

DTS is needed for certain car systems like mine that do not downmix the center into the fronts on MLP, but do so for DTS. Less than optimal to hear it in lossy 4.0, sure, but it is multichannel, and to add a good center I'd need to buy a new car. Missing the center wasn't noticeable on some other 5.1 MLP discs, but a mix like this needs the center to be audible.
