I just received my two Robert Reed The Ringmaster CD/DVD sets and along with the parcel, Tigermouth Records included an absolutely INCREDIBLE 16 track Tigermoth Record's sampler which I've been playing in heavy rotation

A posthumous 'gift' from Richard Carpenter. In 2018 with the magnificent assistance of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and soloists, Carpenter utilizing Karen's brilliant A&M stereo tracks recreated some of her finest moments as he conducted the RPO carressing her already extraordinary vocals with full orchestra. The results are, as expected, amazing! 18 tracks, in all.

Man is one of those bands I’ve known about forever but don’t think I’ve ever heard anything by them.
I need to scroll through YouTube to get an idea. Maybe there is a decent compilation available.
The closet comparison I can think of are the Greatful Dead, so Man are are British version of Blues, Country & Rock. I don't know of any compilation album, there are the Original Album Series Vol 1 & 2 which are cheap. I have all the early albums, I'm trying to remember when I saw them, I think early 1975, and then again when I bought The Twang Destiny after seeing them at a festival around 1995, so a gap of a few years! They were great both times. The spin off band Son Of Man are good, seen them a couple of times as well.

1974-1976 Live versions of the song C'mon are Space Rock masterpieces.
There were some great FM radio stations in San Francisco in the 70's.
My friend recorded a live Man concert on his reel deck.
I didn't hear his tape until the 90's but that was my introduction to Man.

Received an email news update from Rubellan Remasters on Friday. Apparently, they may be doing some of the Split Enz albums on CD. It would be an interesting endeavor to compare these with the previous releases from 2006. They’re a bit compressed but sound fine to me. Also, Rubellan Remasters is definitely doing a best of (History Never Repeats) on vinyl.

This is really good. Natalie Choquette: Aeterna Romantica

Discogs entry says it's "pop" ( ??? ) but it's interpretations of various classical tunes, with orchestra. fantastic singing.
