I saw Neil Young play Massey Hall ( with Diana Krall opening ! ) and ppl were calling out requests between songs. As a joke I was going to shout "Horse with No Name!!"

But then I realized I'd be either:

a. Attacked by all the other fans in the venue
b. Thrown out
c. Both!

I sorta wish I had, in hindsight. But it was a great show, so rather not risk it...

Enjoyed hearing the mono on MoFi Gold Disraeli. The bass at the beginning of the mono Tales of Brave Ulysses (track 17) will knock you back in your chair, just like that old Maxell ad. recommended

Just arrived - can’t wait! The “Live at the Rainbow” disc tracks look promising, my favorite era for Dire Straits (with “Where Do You Think You’re Going” the best - I have a Rockpalast video somewhere with a very young Dire Straits that I’ll need to revisit ).
