It's a shame, Jonathan, that in just about EVERY instance, when the majors starting to futz around with those original [and superior] QUAD masters turning them into subpar 5.1 remixes......everything went SCREWY!

personally think Mr.Filipetti's 5.1 of Carly Simon is underrated.. but each to their own!

Adam, as I've only heard No Secrets in Surround via DVD~A, I have nothing to compare it with. To my ears, it always sounded .... er, SPECTACULAR!

Playing Possum was also released in quad. 1976’s Another Passenger appeared in tape catalogs, but unfortunately was never released.

I always wondered why Anticipation wasn’t given a quad mix...

afaik the "Best Of" comp was Carly's last Quad.. i couldn't get satisfactory sound out of my NM- CD-4, so i gave up! He's so vain.. and it's a pain!

I'm a huge Cassandra fan, JP, but truth be told, DTS Entertainment royally screwed up the MLP DVD~A 5.1 portion of this disc. From my recollection .... the front right or is it front left channel is missing altogether. Yet the Hi Res Stereo portion and the Lossy DTS 5.1 layers are perfect. DTS Entertainment never reissued a corrected version.
