Quite a few covers on this. I'm much more interested in Roxy Music. Wake me up when they announce a Blu-ray of For Your Pleasure or Avalon.

one can only hope! They could do a disc with the new 24/96 stereo, previous SACD-exclusive 5.1 Surround version, and the new Atmos mix. Wouild be stellar!

Paul ; you really have to try and get some Roxy Music , For "My" Pleasure and going up from that disc to Siren.
A bit pricey , but I paid , well it's keeping in line with my DVDA of Frantic ,
SACD of Boys And Girls , and SACD of Roxy Music Avalon.

If supporting this release encourages Bryan Ferry and the rest of Roxy Music to remix/release at least some of their older catalog in Atmos, I'm all for it. Sure I'd prefer a Roxy Music release, but a lot of this material is not dissimilar to the latter day Roxy Music sound. In any case, it's packed release and should sound terrific.

After listening to the album on YouTube, I've decided Bryan Ferry is not for me.

Just as well, my wallet could use a holiday break from SDE.

The Atmos of Ferry's Retrospective is now on Tidal. The mixes are pretty good at the start and just keep getting better and better and better as the dates of the recordings progress.

I listened on Apple Music, and found the Atmos mixes to be good to excellent. However I felt the volume difference between tracks was a bit off, with some hotter than others. I'll be curious to see how this differs on the SDE physical release.

Was that on Tidal? That seems to be an ongoing problem with them where random tracks on an album are much louder than the rest. Very annoying! I haven't seen that issue on Amazon or Apple.
