Black Sabbath - Technical Ecstasy

Another recommendation from @GOS , this one in the wake of Bacharach's passing. What a treat! Worthy of a tribute . . . sung to the tune of "L-O-V-E"
G is for his Generosity
O is Ozzie, that's the face you see
S is for Surround, that's the way he likes his Sound
GOS – da man for you and me!

Johnny Mathis - Johnny Mathis Sings The Music Of Bacharach & Kaempfert
And look at that vinyl sparkle, thanks to a workout in the Spin-Cycle, another @GOS recommendation! Seriously, you da man! Keep Spinning, Comrade!

Just brewed a fresh coffee, about to settle in & chill out to this. Did it ever get released in surround? Prime candidate.

I think my first post on QQ was about Bitches Brew in surround on SACD. Here's a link to the 9.71 poll thread
If you prefer it on LP, here's a link to the 9.60 Quad LP poll thread

You should get the DBX vinyl version of Diana @Clement In fact you should get a dbx decoder and pick up some of the dbx records. QL educated me quite a bit about them and I have a small collection. Not much quad vinyl got to dbx just a few classical. But the sound is amazing.

Yes DBX 224 stand alone decoder. There are a few model variations. Dont pay a lot watch the listings. Its easy to hook up and has a bypass setting button
I was told to stay away from the N40 model its not very good. But it will take up less space in your shopping cart.
Some cassette decks came with a dbx chip for decoding which works with the dbx encoded albums but the DBX stand alone decoders are much better. There are threads on QQ on this topic.
