This is the tracklist for the deluxe edition what Amazon fr shows before , cd 1 is 1-10 and bonus and demo tracks on cd 2.1- 2.14 problably disc 3 blu ray is with diverse mixes as stereo, dolby atmos 5.1, dts, instrumental etc.

If you’re expecting it to sound like one of the prior albums, you're out of luck

I know... We can but hope though... Still likely going to buy it regardless as a) it's SW b) it has hi-res and surround (and now also, ATMOS) mixes...

(though in hindsight, I guess we shouldn't "hope", as you "know" what it sounds like... )

I really appreciate this forum. I tried to sign into reddit to make a comment on the Steven Wilson tread about this release and gave it up and not worth the effort. I couldn't get to the post without providing several screens worth of algorithm fodder.

My comment was going to be on the posts about signals being released for the Harony Codex. Steven has said that he thinks that model is dead, which I tend to agree with for the most part.

I'm losing interest in Peter Gabriel's I/O. each new moon it takes me longer to check out the new song. With Closure/Continuation, I'd heard most go the album buy the time of release, which left little to discover when the final product arrived.

On the other hand Bruce Soord has release one sone for his new album, which I keep returning too. the lone song is creating a lot of anticipation for the arrival if Luminescence.

the release of singles, to me, is finding the right balance of whetting the appetite and saturating desire.

No singles definitively amps up the curiosity factor.

Until now except Insurgentes, all other releases have a stand alone BD-A nothing strange that this pops-up here

Correct, but there was also no stand-alone of the last Porcupine Tree, too.
But the main reason for me wondering here is that so far there was only 2CD+BD set announced, and also that the 9/29 date still holds.

It makes sense to be announced next Tuesday along with the single, just 1 month before the release.
I remember hearing on an interview with SW where he said that releasing singles too in advance of the release doesn't work anymore as a marketing strategy.

I live in Sri Lanka these days, it’s sounds as Steven Wilson, very good song lot of electronic sounds the mix sounds outstanding really mixed for Atmos.
