Which album that I originally recorded should I try to get the chance to revisit?

Lots of great suggestions here - thank you! Much as I would adore to have a go at Crime of the Century, I did not record or mix anything on it - but I am hoping that Ken Scott might be having a go at it!! I have suggested several of those mentioned to various artists, and haven't had much of a response, but I am hoping that a couple mentioned might actually come to life - we shall have to wait and see...

I thought the others suggesting Crime knew something that I didn't know about the recording. Fool me...lol
;)

I've always said Crime is one of the most influential albums for me - I did however make tea for some of the mix sessions during my first days at Trident!!! SWTx
It’s time to go to the Supertramp decision makers and say “Remember that tea I made for you? You owe me a favor.”

Making tea was the most important thing during those sessions so that's more than enough credentials for me.

That's it! You've got the gig!

You start on Monday.

Both Saga albums, The Fixx-Reach the Beach, UK (Jobson's mix doesn't do it justice), Tull, Rush, Chris de Burgh-The Getaway, Ostinato would sound awesome in surround....
You're right on the money in that the 1st UK release (which is an absolute classic) would be so great in MCH! I'm ashamed that at my age it took me until just recently to finally listen to it. It has a great reputation, and deservedly so.

The Better Off Dead Soundtrack
I’d be in for Better Off Dead in a heartbeat! I’ve loved the movie for decades and was delighted to pick up the Blu-ray; I have a big soft spot for the beautiful Arrested By You.

Another vote for Better Off Dead.

The CD sells for about $100 these days so I'd love a reissue.

As prog sounds so right in surround, Caravan would be my favourite. Following on, Les Negresses Vertes, never heard of them but intuitively sounds good and then Suzanne Vega, her music would really benefit for a bit of surround air. Thank you!
Caravan's first album is a classic just suited for surround. The Canterbury sound . . . but who knows, it was probably 4 track, it's old. LAND OF PINK AND GREY, already in 5.1, would be more likely (and just as welcome).

I mentioned T.Rex's ELECTRIC WARRIOR earlier, but deleted it, as Ken Scott would probably do it. Hopefully??? You asked nicely???
He and Bowie were a competitive pair, so it seems that if ZIGGY gets a good Dolby Atmos, Marc deserves one as well!
