IIRC, Paul said in the comments over at SDE he'd been trying to get the Japanese/Target? bonus track called Landlocked included as well.
Guess that didn't pan out.

Did anyone in continental Europe get a shipping notification?

I received mail on 21-Oct : shipment is on its way.

But no tracking info yet on the order page.

EDITED: Upsss, I didn't login. I've got Tracking number and it is already at Madrid, released from customs.

I thought there wasn't any tracking but apparently there is and mine is out for delivery today.
