The release linked in the post you quoted is to the 2024 CD/Blu-ray rerelease of the 1994 album with Atmos and 5.1. The 1991 album—likely part of this batch of standalone Atmos Blu-rays—has not yet been released on disc in Atmos.

Hmm... Judging by these updates, either one of these releases (the "?" release, I imagine) isn't yet ready and had to be held back, or Foraging Rhino just made a simple typo.

Edit: Foraging Rhino says below that the "?" release is coming later.
