I'm battling Rhino at the moment, went to put in an order, got a "Something Went Wrong" notice on placing the order, as no confirmation email arrived, tried again a couple of hours later, worked fine got the confirmation, next thing I know I'm getting 2 shipments and "Ashley" at Rhino Store is telling me I have to return the items at my own cost with international tracked, which will cost more than the order, tried explaining it was their system error and I had just followed instructions on their site, never had these problems dealing with Dr Rhino

I did exactly that, then left transaction feedback of 0 out of 10 with a detailed note, then made a separate complaint though Billing where I was told to refuse the shipment on arrival, I explained I never see the delivery people as I'm down a long driveway.... and YES they said they would reverse the billing on one of the shipments, which is great, but really it took a lot of (6 separate) communications from me, trying to convince them this occurred through no fault of my own but a glitch in their system..... anyway thenks to Sherry from Rhino a happy ending

I am glad that Rhino was able to take care of your issue. My interaction(s) with their customer service team via email has been very positive. They have ALWAYS answered my emails and questions in a timely manner and even provided me a discount code for a future purchase unprompted (maybe I need to reach out again for another discount code!). I don't know how many people work for Rhino but I also know that they have also had to deal with the recent catastrophic Los Angeles area fires so I am sure that came into play as well.
