Oh ok….I just wrote them myself asking all the questions anyone here at QQ could think of….
1. Where does it ship from
2. Do you charge cards at time of shipping?
3. Most importantly because the mixer chosen for this particular set, which has a rotten history with multi-channel mixes (actually hit or miss), if the mix is horrendous can I return my order back for a full refund, because I’m just purchasing it mainly for the ATMOS MIX.
They say they respond within 48 hrs
No doubt….but if you don’t ask then you tend to suffer the consequences (I’m not going to throw away over $300 in a product just to get one disc that might be TOTAL CRAP. You be better spending $150 on a flight to VEGAS and play a few rounds of CARDS or even try your luck at the CRAPS TABLE (yup …pun intended)Oh boy, I can't wait to see what convoluted response you get.
I will if I don’t get the answer I want…..don’t want to OVERWHELM……their CSR’s ( even though I think I already did)I can assure you the answer to number 3 is "no" as the mix being horrendous or not is a subjective appraisal.
You might as well have asked, "Don't you think it's a unfair to make fans have to buy a $300 box set just for the Atmos mix when it may totally suck? Why don't you sell the blu-ray as a stand alone?
Why would that be? You mean there are no lyrics in an INSTRUMENTAL? Who would have known…ya wasn’t looking at picYou can see in the picture that it's all the songs.... except YYZ for some reason.

I was just thinking about the synthesizers from this period. Then, we had Power Windows with the electronic drums.
Saw that tour, didn’t like itI was just thinking about the synthesizers from this period. Then, we had Power Windows with the electronic drums.
Hold Your Fire was another one. Regardless I still love the entire RUSH catalog.Saw that tour, didn’t like it
You can still buy it on eBay for $250 also IMPORT CD although back ordered has it for $110I'm still lamenting this release as I watch the documentary "Time Stand Still" on youtube... a "Moving Pictures" surround mix by Steven Wilson would have made this set a purchase at any price for me*. My AFTK set will have to remain my lone Rush Deluxe Boxed Set, I guess (but hopefully not forever).
*well, up to $500 USD, I think, lol
My point is that I'll pay big bucks for a Steven Wilson Rush mix, but I'll pay no bucks for a Rich Chycki mix (but thanks for the info )You can still buy it on eBay for $250 also IMPORT CD although back ordered has it for $110

When I first saw this box advertised, right away I started to think that it had to be SW since we had a precedent for it. I was already starting to think how I'd make it work when I saw the price. As soon as I got further into it and realized it was Chycki again, that killed it pretty much instantly. Although, I am interested in how he did a new 5.1 for it. Does that mean he thinks he learned something and did a better mix this time? I tend to doubt it...My point is that I'll pay big bucks for a Steven Wilson Rush mix, but I'll pay no bucks for a Rich Chycki mix (but thanks for the info )
I haven't seen anything that definitively indicates a new 5.1 mix. I think it's entirely possible—if not probable—that the 5.1 will be the same Chycki mix from 2011. Only the Atmos is guaranteed to be new (aside from the previously released streaming tracks)....I am interested in how he did a new 5.1 for it.

The DVD-A/CD set and BDA/CD set were released at the same time and basically have the same content including the 5.1 mix in lossless hi-res. The Blu-ray has a choice of DTS-HD Master Audio or PCM. They both contain the music videos. I'd say grab the DVD-A set for $11.75 from Deep Discount while you can!which is better, DVD audio or blu-ray?
