Totally agree. American Head is such a great album and I never understood why it didn’t get a surround mix when it was first released.

I too would like to vouch my support for an American Head mix as well as The Kings Mouth, the album before that, both I found to be Flips returning to their roots

New/Old Eno, from a documentary about Eno

edit: went to see if that Eno doc is available anywhere, not only is it not, but apparently it might be a while as the documentary is powered by code that randomizes the footage and edits each showing, akin to Eno’s generative music. Wild!

Somebody mentioned upthread that there are two versions of the album on Apple Music and to make sure you’re playing the version with 11 songs.

Yeah, for sure, it's wild. All the quirkiness is still intact, I admit.

I managed to get about halfway through before my daughter interrupted me. This would have to rank as my favorite Atmos mix. Certainly some albums I like more due to the music. But, I already thought the DVD-A was the most fun surround album I owned, and this Atmos mix takes that up another level. I can’t wait to listen to the rest.
